Description
For the second project in my costume design class, I've had to design garb for characters from Shakespeare's "The Comedy of Errors". This project is a nice lil challenge for myself, because I wanted to mix medieval 14th-15th century designs with a futuristic look. The hardest part is designing the men's outfits :b
I've had to design for the Dromio twins, the Antipholus twins, the sisters Lucianna and Adrianna, the goldsmith Angelo, and the kitchen maid Luce.
With the Dromio twins, I want the coats to open up on opposite sides, and have the colors be inverted. You'll see once I do the renderings

I am doing the same thing for another Costume Design Class except for my concept of the costumes I wanted to blend the abstract angularity of Bauhaus Costume Design with the energy and flamboyance Leigh Bowery fashion design. I really like how you are blending Medieval 14th-15th century with soft edged futuristic look. The only issue I have with your design is that it kind of looks like a generic costume design that you would see in a typical JRPG. If that is the look you are gunning for, for this class more power to you, but personally I feel a little uninspired by it. Do you use Croquis in doing your designs or do you just sketch the figure fully and then add clothes.
