Cordoroy pirate bodice

I just realized, I posted pictures of the pirate wench bodice I made for my friend Kristin (see that one here [link] ), but I never posted pics of MY pirate wench bodice So, here it is! This was made to be reversible, with black cordoroy on both sides. I used brass grommets for the lacing, but sewed over them with gold metallic thread to make them last longer (keeps them from pulling out of the fabric). Same goes for the bracers/gauntlets. I used half-inch plastic boning to keep the bodice (and bracers) from bunching when laced up. Anywho, I luv this bodice ^^ It's soooooo comfy!
